Freddie Aguilar is now Facing Qualified Seduction Charges Over His 16-year old Girlfriend

Just Yesterday, Thursday. A concerned citizen and Lawyer Fernando Perito who claimed to be a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines filed a case againts the singer Ka Freddie Aguilar on the violation of Article 337 of the Revised Penal Code, over his relationship with his 16 years old minor girlfriend.
The lawyer who seemed so annoyed with the legendary folk singer called Ka Freddie Aguilar as a “sex-hungry child predator” and firmly believes that he only feels sexual attraction toward the young innocent girl and not LOVE.
In an interview with DZMM, the singer said:
“Kung meron po, bakit hindi ko haharapin? Kung hindi ko haharapin ‘yan, parang tinanggap ko na tama ‘yung ginagawa nila.”
Recently, the DSWD or (Department of Social Welfare and Development) launched
an investigation after receiving a lot of complaints from several sectors regarding the controversial relationship.
Ka Freddie Aguilar was still insisting that he has the parents’ consent for his girlfriend. He told DSWD:
“Sinabi na po ng magulang ni Jovi na may basbas po ang pagmamahalan namin,”
“Pumunta na po sila doon… Nag-text din po sa amin ‘yung nanay at tatay ni Jovi na sinasabing kasama po namin sila na ipaglalaban ‘yung pagmamahalan namin,”
Ka Freddie Aguilar said that no one can stop them from loving each other and he won’t let go. He said:
“Hindi ko siya pwedeng pilitin. Hanggang nandito siya at sinasabi niyang mahal niya ako, eh hindi po ako bibitaw sa relasyon namin,”
Ka Freddie and Jovi Gatdula are planning to wed once the minor 16-year old turns
18 on 17th of November 2014.
