Pinakbet is a very known dish among Ilocanos. We are fond of recipes that require bagoong. It is the trademark of all Ilocanos wherever they go. This Ilocano style pinakbet is very healthy for it consists of different vegetables cooked as one. For the tagalog version of pinakbet, they add squash to it. I’m going to teach you how to cook pinakbet. It’s one recipe everyone would like to perfect so why not stay for a while, take a bit of your time to try this.
You need the following ingredients for your pinakbet.

1 head garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. fish sauce ( bagoong)
1/4 kilo bagnet
1 cup water
