Usually, singaw goes away on its own by taking days to heal. The problem is, this can be downright painful thus making you unable to eat, drink, or speak right. Apparently, there is no need for hospitalization, but a couple of home remedies will definitely help on how to treat the problem. Therefore, make sure to employ the following interventions to cure it:
- Mix a solution out of a glass or warm water and a teaspoon of salt. Gargle the solution on a regular basis like every after 2 hours.
- Black tea, licorice, and cinnamon are also other remedies known to help neutralize acid in the mouth thus relieving pain and ulcers Avoid toothpastes containing sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) which can trigger its occurrence.
- Make a paste out of baking soda and some water. Apply the paste on the affected area and allow it to sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing it with cold water.
- Alum is also another effective home remedy which can speed up healing of the sores.
- Rinse mouth with antibacterial rinses such as Listerine.
- Medicine-wise, you can take Ibuprofen to help alleviate pain.
- Drink plenty of water. Consume yogurt since it contains live bacteria which aids on how to go about treating the problem.
- Reduce intake of sodium-rich, acidic, and spicy foods since they delay healing of the sores.
- Have an excellent oral hygiene.
- Stress reduction is also a part of its treatment.

woow, salamat sa post na to. meron akong singaw sa bibig at dila.super sakit. yung gamot sa singaw na ginamit ko dequadin. pero perfect to!
