- Use anti perspirant products like drysol which is high in aluminum chloride. It can stop and cure underarm sweating. But, be sure not to over do it, because it can also irritate the skin. Better yet, make sure that it is prescribed by the physician.
- Quit smoking and drinking liquor. The alcohol and the chemical in the cigarette will intensify your adrenalin and that would cause you to sweat more.
- Dress comfortably and use underarms sweating pads or sheets to lessen the sweat on your underarm.

even i used anti-perspirant my underarm is still sweating. what should i do to stop the body odor ?
