  • Drink plenty of fluids.  Water has the ability to flush out toxins thus it processes the uric acid out of your system.
  • Consume the good foods that can actually improve and prevent gout attacks including yogurt and dairy products.
  • Eat cherries, cranberries, or strawberries as they’re noted to provide anti-gout properties.
  • Celery seed extracts which are widely available in a lot of health stores can also aid in getting rid of the uric acid in your body.
