- Place a hot compress on your zits. The warmth will draw flow out that helps extract the zits or pimples. The hot compress can also reduce swelling.
- Use acne treatment cream to the pimples. Choose one with benzoyl peroxide.
- If you want natural remedies you can have honey applied on the area to reduce infection. Baking soda paste can also be used to treat pimples.

Toothpaste contains a chemical that dries out skin. By applying it on the zit spots you will dry them out and help clear out the pimple fast. Stick a little band aid over it. You can do this overnight. And that’s the simple home remedy that can also help you cure zits under your skin.
