- Regular brushing: Brushing after drinking tea or coffee is a good stain removal. But if you do it very often it can weaken your teeth. Too much fluoride is not healthy.
If doing these natural remedies does not help you and you still see stain spots, the best option that you can do is to visit your dentist regularly for dental cleaning and bleaching. Professional cleaning will remove black, brown, yellow, and other stain colors.
