- Salt: In a small bowl, put one-fourth of salt. Pour in some olive oil which is enough to cover the salt or sugar. Stir the mixture completely and you can rub it on your body paying particular attention to the dark areas. Let it sit for atleast 15 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
- Sugar: Put a cup of granulated sugar in a small container. Mix it with a half cup of almond or olive oil. You may want to add fragrance if you want. Blend them thoroughly and apply to the body using loofah sponge, bath gloves, etc. Rinse well.
- Oatmeal: Combine 2 tablespoons of oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of sugar, a half cup of almond oil, and a teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix evenly, and then apply on the body. Let it sit for a while and rinse well.
