The speed of growth is approximately 1.25 centimeters or 0.5 inches per month, about 15 centimeters or 6 inches a year. As we age it might slow down to 0.25 centimeters a month.

Vitamin C also plays an important role on it’s growth while Vitamin B6 gives it vibrant color. Vitamin B3 functions like Vitamin E. Vitamin A helps in the production of natural oils. Biotin is one of the best ingredients for promoting growth. Take vitamins as supplements. Your diet plays an important role to make it grow faster naturally.
- Have sun exposure. Spend some time to get out in the sun and enrich your body and stimulate its growth.
- Avoid over brushing. Use a boar bristle brush when you brush it. This will not cause breakage.
- If there’s really a need for you to have quick growth, consider buying hair growth shampoo and conditioner. But I am not sure how fast it would grows with these products. For special occasions, just wear hair extensions.
